List your first package

You can ship a complete package in under five minutes. Here is the path.

1. Open the wizard

From the dashboard, click + Add package (or go to Packages → New package). The wizard has four screens.

2. Describe in plain English

The first screen is a text box. Describe the package the way you would describe it to a friend on WhatsApp. The more specific you are, the better the AI extraction.

A good description includes:

  • Duration and departure date. "10 nights, departing 15 November 2026."
  • Cities and hotels. "Movenpick Makkah 4 nights, Anwar Al Madinah 6 nights, walking distance to Haram and Masjid an Nabawi."
  • Pricing tiers. "$2,800 adult with bed, $2,200 child with bed, $1,800 child without bed, $200 infant."
  • What is included. "Ground transport, daily Iftar during Ramadan, Mufti-led group leader."
  • What is excluded. "Excludes flights and Saudi visa."

Voice input is supported on Chrome and Safari. Click the mic icon and speak — the transcript fills in.

3. Review the extraction

The wizard pulls out title, dates, hotels, pricing, sites included, inclusions, exclusions. Check each field. Edit anything wrong. The slug auto-generates from the title — leave it unless you have a strong reason to change it (changing it later breaks share links).

4. Descriptions

The wizard generates an English description. You can refine it ("more spiritual tone", "shorter", "add detail about Madinah") or accept it. Arabic and Urdu tabs are visible but disabled in MVP1 — translations come in MVP2.

5. Publish

Set status to Active and click Publish package. Your package is live at tourdock.ai/packages/your-slug.

After publish

  • Copy the share link. WhatsApp it to existing customers. They will see the same listing travellers see.
  • Download the PDF brochure. One click from the package row. Use it as an attachment in cold outreach.
  • Download the social banner. A 1080×1080 image you can post on Instagram, Facebook, or your group chats.

You can edit the package any time. Edits are live immediately.
